DBDON Launches Movement of Opportunities
July 11, 2025, DBDON in collaboration with Take2Communications, proudly launched the Movement of Opportunities, an initiative aimed at empowering past pupils and fostering community development. The event, held at Don Bosco Upperhill, brought together alumni, stakeholders, and distinguished guests, including Dr. Gerald Ogesa, Mr. Victor Bwibo, Dr. Sam Ebale, Mr. John Mwaniki, and Mr. Geoffrey Muvenyi.
At the heart of this movement is the development of an innovative application, coordinated by DBDON, designed to bridge the gap between opportunity and ambition. The app will serve as a dynamic platform, connecting past pupils with job opportunities and providing access to service providers for citizens, organizations, and government ministries. This initiative is not just about employment—it’s about empowerment. Past pupils will gain access to resources and support to establish their own businesses, fostering entrepreneurship and self-reliance.
The Movement of Opportunities reflects Don Bosco Upperhill’s commitment to its alumni and the broader community. By creating a network of opportunities, DBDON aims to uplift lives and drive sustainable growth. The launch event was a testament to the collective vision of creating a brighter future for all involved.
We invite all past pupils to join this transformative movement. Whether you’re seeking career advancement or looking to start your own venture, this initiative offers the tools and support to help you succeed. Together, we can build a vibrant community of empowered individuals making a lasting impact.
