Is an entrepreneur & Executive Director and Co-founder of Discover Your Career (DYC) and a director College of Career Guidance & Development – online school whose objective is to train youth and adults on matters careers, and an active member of Career Development Institute (UK). She has authored the Careerpaedia which was reviewed and approved by Kenya Institute of Curriculum Development (KICD) as a supplementary reading book for secondary school students. She has also co-authored Discover Your Career workbook.
She has carried out career-based international consultancies key among with Education Development Trust Fund-UK, Ajira Poa DANIDA program, development of a harmonized Career Guidance Framework for BEAR II countries by UNESCO and Republic of Korea, ILO Job Search Clubs and ILO Rural Employment Services.
