Don Bosco’s Solar Bakery is up and running in Embu and Kakuma
The solar bakery training program is a comprehensive course that teaches youths how to operate and maintain a bakery that is powered by solar energy. Participants also learned about baking techniques, ingredient selection, and food safety.
